Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Classes - January and February!

I often teach mindfulness skills in meetings with my clients and also assign mindfulness activities as homework but those exercises really don't get you the full benefits of a whole mindfulness practice. They're targeted toward particular situations or stressors.
