Mental stretching - Try writing a "I did" list

Love them or hate them, many people use lists to manage their work and life. What these lists do to us psychologically can be beneficial or harmful. Crossing off items on the list may feel good but for many, the inability to get the entire list done, or items that linger day after day can create a sense of "I didn't do enough." 

So think of this experiment as simply a stretch for your brain. Pick a day or two and rather than making to-do lists, make a list of things you did. There is no goal and no reward. This is simply an activity to make you more mindful of what you are doing. 

After doing this for a couple of days, observe what it was like to simply acknowledge your accomplishments.
